Narrative:
During our climb to FL210, we encountered a severe jolt of shear at FL209. No echoes or severe WX, clear skies. Asked ZMP if any aircraft through this area lately. She said 'an aircraft went through about 7 mi ahead.' we immediately thought of wake turbulence. 3 flight attendants hurt, 1 crew member bumped head, and 1 passenger was slightly hurt.
