Narrative:
After landing at seligman airport, was approached by public works (maintenance) worker and advised that airport was closed that day because they were going to mow edge of runway. I should have checked NOTAMS prior to landing there.

Title: A GA ATP PLT LANDS AT A CLOSED ARPT ON A CLOSED RWY THAT HAD BEEN NOTAMED AS SUCH AT P23, AZ.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG AT SELIGMAN ARPT, WAS APCHED BY PUBLIC WORKS (MAINT) WORKER AND ADVISED THAT ARPT WAS CLOSED THAT DAY BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO MOW EDGE OF RWY. I SHOULD HAVE CHKED NOTAMS PRIOR TO LNDG THERE.
