Narrative:
The captain did a poor job of maintaining the taxiway centerline. I believe a factor was the fact that toronto had the green centerline lights turned up way too bright. This situation led to a difficult time discerning where the centerline was. It would be much easier if the sidelines were brighter.

Title: CL65 FO RPT ON TAXI PROBS BECAUSE OF TXWY CTRLINE LIGHTS BEING TURNED TOO HIGH DURING A NIGHT OP AT CYYZ, ON.
Narrative: THE CAPT DID A POOR JOB OF MAINTAINING THE TXWY CTRLINE. I BELIEVE A FACTOR WAS THE FACT THAT TORONTO HAD THE GREEN CTRLINE LIGHTS TURNED UP WAY TOO BRIGHT. THIS SIT LED TO A DIFFICULT TIME DISCERNING WHERE THE CTRLINE WAS. IT WOULD BE MUCH EASIER IF THE SIDELINES WERE BRIGHTER.
