Narrative:
Executed ILS approach, at okv. Upon touchdown, aircraft required left aileron and rudder to maintain centerline. As airspeed decreased, runway centerline could not be maintained with directional controls. As airspeed continued to decrease, aircraft pulled hard right and right wing settled to runway. Aircraft continued tracking to right side of runway and departed runway prior to 3000 ft remaining marker. Aircraft turned about 180 degrees to right. Once on grass, engine and avionics shut down at completion of aircraft movement. Pilot exited aircraft via main cabin door and inspected aircraft for damage and any leaking fuel.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A PVT PLT LOST CTL OF HIS BE35 DURING ROLLOUT AT OKV.
Narrative: EXECUTED ILS APCH, AT OKV. UPON TOUCHDOWN, ACFT REQUIRED L AILERON AND RUDDER TO MAINTAIN CTRLINE. AS AIRSPD DECREASED, RWY CTRLINE COULD NOT BE MAINTAINED WITH DIRECTIONAL CTLS. AS AIRSPD CONTINUED TO DECREASE, ACFT PULLED HARD R AND R WING SETTLED TO RWY. ACFT CONTINUED TRACKING TO R SIDE OF RWY AND DEPARTED RWY PRIOR TO 3000 FT REMAINING MARKER. ACFT TURNED ABOUT 180 DEGS TO R. ONCE ON GRASS, ENG AND AVIONICS SHUT DOWN AT COMPLETION OF ACFT MOVEMENT. PLT EXITED ACFT VIA MAIN CABIN DOOR AND INSPECTED ACFT FOR DAMAGE AND ANY LEAKING FUEL.
