Narrative:
Change in takeoff altitude. Was given clearance for the BCKBY2 departure, maintain 7000 ft. When cleared for takeoff, tower changed altitude clearance to maintain 4000 ft. After takeoff, tower changed clearance to maintain 3000 ft. We complied with every other aspect of the runway 19R published noise procedure.
