Narrative:

Arrival is currently using taxiway a as temporary runway 9/27. Temporary runway hold position markings were placed in ramp area and connecting txwys. Having received the ATIS and receiving clearance from ground control to taxi to temporary runway 27, I taxied to a point just east of taxiway F. I did not see the recently relocated runway 27 hold position markings and taxied well past them. No other traffic was using the runway at that time. Recommend ATIS advisory include a NOTAM regarding temporary relocation of runway hold position markings.

Narrative: ARR IS CURRENTLY USING TXWY A AS TEMPORARY RWY 9/27. TEMPORARY RWY HOLD POS MARKINGS WERE PLACED IN RAMP AREA AND CONNECTING TXWYS. RECOMMEND ATIS ADVISORY INCLUDE A NOTAM REGARDING TEMPORARY RELOCATION OF RWY HOLD POS MARKINGS.
