Narrative:
I, the captain, didn't do a walkaround from rushing from delays plus I was fatigued from a lack of good sleep. I left the tail stand on the airplane. It stayed on the airplane. I found on my walkaround after landing.

Title: LJ35 CREW DID NOT ACCOMPLISH THE ACFT WALKAROUND INSPECTION. THEY DEPARTED WITH THE TAIL STAND ATTACHED.
Narrative: I, THE CAPT, DIDN'T DO A WALKAROUND FROM RUSHING FROM DELAYS PLUS I WAS FATIGUED FROM A LACK OF GOOD SLEEP. I LEFT THE TAIL STAND ON THE AIRPLANE. IT STAYED ON THE AIRPLANE. I FOUND ON MY WALKAROUND AFTER LNDG.
