Narrative:

While taxiing under cle tower control, I (C414) inadvertently went over hold short line on runway 10/28 en route to runway 23R. Tower observed overshoot and advised crew to expedite crossing runway 23L. Tower further cleared me into hold position on runway 23R, to await takeoff clearance. Although aircraft was taxiing slowly, pilot failed to brake firmly as aircraft approached hold short line. No further factors were perceived. Remainder of departure progressed normally. No other aircraft were involved.
