Narrative:
While taxiing for fuel, the aircraft brakes didn't respond enough during a turn across a bridge. The aircraft departed the taxiway and rolled into a culvert where it ended up on its back. No occupants were hurt. No damage to property other than aircraft.

Title: PLT OF C182 WAS UNABLE TO NEGOTIATE A TURN WHILE TAXIING, RAN OFF TXWY AND INTO A CULVERT. ACFT ROLLED INVERTED. NO INJURIES. RPTR ALLEGES BRAKES FAILED TO RESPOND ADEQUATELY TO SLOW ACFT TO A SAFE SPD.
Narrative: WHILE TAXIING FOR FUEL, THE ACFT BRAKES DIDN'T RESPOND ENOUGH DURING A TURN ACROSS A BRIDGE. THE ACFT DEPARTED THE TXWY AND ROLLED INTO A CULVERT WHERE IT ENDED UP ON ITS BACK. NO OCCUPANTS WERE HURT. NO DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OTHER THAN ACFT.
