Narrative:
Flight departed sjc on loupe 9 noise abatement departure. Aural takeoff warnings sounded upon gear retraction. During troubleshooting, flight path went to 4.4 DME. Departure control was aware of situation and verified that there was no issue.

Narrative: FLT DEPARTED SJC ON LOUPE 9 NOISE ABATEMENT DEP. AURAL TKOF WARNINGS SOUNDED UPON GEAR RETRACTION. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING, FLT PATH WENT TO 4.4 DME. DEP CTL WAS AWARE OF SIT AND VERIFIED THAT THERE WAS NO ISSUE.
