Narrative:
Wake turbulence. On approach to las we experienced severe wake turbulence. The aircraft was out of control for 10-15 seconds. We firewalled the throttles and I tried to pitch up. The aircraft was rolling left and right and pitching up and down. The aircraft would not respond to control inputs. After 10-15 seconds the aircraft started to respond and we executed a missed approach and returned for landing. No passenger or crew were injured.
