Narrative:
On nov/xa/00 at approximately XA35 on flight XXX during taxi at phl just prior to takeoff, after xfeeding, the #2 right engine flamed out. Ground control was notified and we returned to the gate. The first officer told me that he thought he may have forgotten to turn on the boost pump prior to shutting xfeed valve. Maintenance control was notified and the aircraft was subsequently cleared from maintenance by our 'contract maintenance.'
