Narrative:
While en route from mem to msp, the crew discussed thoroughly, prm procedures (commercial chart page 11-5 for msp) and the runway 12R prm approach at msp (commercial chart page 11-5). Once 'passed-off' to approach, we set up for the assigned runway 12R ILS prm approach. The approach was conducted as a monitored approach, employing all applicable prm procedures to an uneventful landing and rollout. It was not until the next day that the captain discovered that one of XXX's flight operations manual bulletin prohibited us from accepting prm approachs. This was an oversight on our part. It was an old bulletin which was placed into effect well before our company's prm recurrent training was implemented and well before receipt of commercial chart prm pages.
