Narrative:
Installed seats from vendor (xby, ybx) noticed seats had improper seat studs. Too short to fit in seat track. Per instructions from management to turn studs loose to make studs longer and install seats. Vendor supplied wrong studs with seats. The vendor installed DC9 studs (short) in place for DC10 studs (long).
