Narrative:
Parked in deicing pad with brakes on. 2 mins after deicing started, felt aircraft lurch and discovered that deicing truck had struck aircraft on the right wing, removing top part of winglet.

Title: DEICE TRUCK DRIVER RAN INTO CANADAIR CL65 WING DURING DEICING OP CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE R WINGTIP WINGLET.
Narrative: PARKED IN DEICING PAD WITH BRAKES ON. 2 MINS AFTER DEICING STARTED, FELT ACFT LURCH AND DISCOVERED THAT DEICING TRUCK HAD STRUCK ACFT ON THE R WING, REMOVING TOP PART OF WINGLET.
