Narrative:
On a VFR departure from fmy, I had given my student a mock IFR clearance including an altitude of 2000 ft. He climbed through 1600 ft when the tower advised us we went into rsw (southwest florida international) class C airspace. I realized my mistake and quickly descended to 1100 ft.
