Narrative:
Flight attendant #2 approached me with the problem during the boarding process and informed me passenger (mr X) became very verbal with him when he asked him what seat he was assigned. Mr X was assigned xc, but was sitting in yj (an assigned crew rest seat). Flight attendant #2 told me that he explained our policy on crew rest seats, but mr X did not care. He told flight attendant #2 a story about his flight from rio to miami, and how the crew bullied him into moving out of the seat and back to the one he was assigned. Mr X told him the only way he would move is by force. I went back and spoke with mr X. He told me the same story and added how the crew on the other flight never used the seats for rest and I was not going to bully him either. I tried to explain our airline's policy on crew rest seats, but he did not want to listen. Mr X said for me to get security to remove him, so all the passenger sitting around him could see how our airline treated its passenger. He started getting very loud, so I stepped away to get the lead agent to handle mr X. I informed the captain of the problem and told him the agent was handling it. Lead agent Z was escorting mr X off, when mr X started towards the cockpit, but someone inside the cockpit closed the door. He yelled at the door to explain, but to no avail. He was removed.
