Narrative:

I was the PIC on air carrier X on dec/xa/00, a B747 freighter flight from osaka's kansai international airport (rjbb) to anc international. The flight departed at XA19Z and arrived at XC41Z. All operations were normal until the landing, which occurred at approximately XB30Z. The WX at anc included a 300 ft ceiling with 2 mi visibility, icing conditions and a slippery runway. After I landed and turned off of the runway, the first officer had no contact with the tower, and he discovered that we were still on the approach control frequency. He switched over to the tower frequency, and the tower controller cleared us across runway 6L and switched us to the ground control frequency. The ground controller directed us to parking, and nothing was said of any problems. In retrospect, I do not remember our being directed to contact the tower prior to landing, nor do I remember receiving a landing clearance. It is possible that while concentrating on executing the approach we never communicated with anyone after receiving the approach clearance. I have no recollection either way.

Narrative: I WAS THE PIC ON ACR X ON DEC/XA/00, A B747 FREIGHTER FLT FROM OSAKA'S KANSAI INTL ARPT (RJBB) TO ANC INTL. THE FLT DEPARTED AT XA19Z AND ARRIVED AT XC41Z. HE SWITCHED OVER TO THE TWR FREQ, AND THE TWR CTLR CLRED US ACROSS RWY 6L AND SWITCHED US TO THE GND CTL FREQ. THE GND CTLR DIRECTED US TO PARKING, AND NOTHING WAS SAID OF ANY PROBS. IN RETROSPECT, I DO NOT REMEMBER OUR BEING DIRECTED TO CONTACT THE TWR PRIOR TO LNDG, NOR DO I REMEMBER RECEIVING A LNDG CLRNC. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT WHILE CONCENTRATING ON EXECUTING THE APCH WE NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH ANYONE AFTER RECEIVING THE APCH CLRNC. I HAVE NO RECOLLECTION EITHER WAY.
