Narrative:
On nov/mon/00, ZZZ maintenance called and requested MEL 34-23B for the r-hand radio altimeter inoperative reference PIREP 86. I called dispatch and received his concurrence and issued MEL 34-23-B authority/authorized ww-xx-yy. Both the dispatcher and myself missed the note at the bottom that gpwas must be operative for the r-hand radio altimeter to be inoperative. As the gpwas was placarded the day before on nov/sun/00, the note requiring gpwas was added to the MEL. I cannot find anywhere in wiring diagrams where gpwas and r-hand radio altimeter interface.
