Narrative:

B747 (aircraft X) was inbound to anc from southwest, and was part of a string of heavies inbound. B190 (aircraft Y) was inbound from northwest and was being vectored to downwind. I had been putting all heavies from southwest on the localizer, but forgot to do so with this one. The B747 went through localizer and was headed toward B190. I tried to apply visual separation, but it might have been too late. There was a lot of turbulence in the area, and the 2 feeder sectors weren't really working together to help me with holes, but the fault was all mine.
