Narrative:
After listening to the ATIS for orf airport, we decided ILS runway 5 was in use. I proceeded to brief the approach plate and called for the in-range checklist. Approach gave us vectors to join the ILS 5 with an RVR of 1800 ft. Once on the ground, we saw the runway centerline lights were off requiring us to use a higher than normal RVR. This information was missing from the ATIS and was never given to us by the approach controller.

Narrative: AFTER LISTENING TO THE ATIS FOR ORF ARPT, WE DECIDED ILS RWY 5 WAS IN USE. I PROCEEDED TO BRIEF THE APCH PLATE AND CALLED FOR THE IN-RANGE CHKLIST. APCH GAVE US VECTORS TO JOIN THE ILS 5 WITH AN RVR OF 1800 FT. ONCE ON THE GND, WE SAW THE RWY CTRLINE LIGHTS WERE OFF REQUIRING US TO USE A HIGHER THAN NORMAL RVR.
