Narrative:

A passenger was upset that he had to pay for a second drink. He refused to pay, so I didn't serve him the drink! I presented him with a passenger in-flight disturbance report. He said nothing. He verbally threatened me in the rear of the aircraft by saying 'if you were not in uniform, I would take care of you.' no police were called. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that they had a 45 min mechanical delay, therefore, the company authority/authorized that the first drink would be free, and after that it would be $4 each. This man blew up over that and later tried to get a drink from first class. The reporter told the first class attendants not to serve him any free drinks. He threatened the reporter while he was standing in the galley, not in front of the passenger. The captain didn't want anything to do with the problem. After receiving the written warning, the man settled down. In luggage claim, the police asked the reporter questions about the man and watched him closely. As far as the reporter knew, no one called for the police.
