Narrative:

Removed control cables to facilitate drill guide. Engineering order did not cover removing cable, but removal was necessary to accomplish engineering order. Engineering order should have had steps to cover cable removal and installation.

Title: DURING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF AN ENGINEERING ORDER, FOR A DC-10-40, IT WAS FOUND NECESSARY TO REMOVE AND DISCONNECT FLT CONTROL CABLES NOT NOTED ON THE ENGINEERING ORDER JOB CARD.
