Narrative:

Emergency equipment is always missing. Overhead compartment opens when the plane takes off, that's why 2 passenger got hurt -- because 2 bags fell down over their heads. For over 2 weeks, the passenger deplaned the aircraft from back, because the airline had not been able to repair L1 door. On those cuban flts, they allow passenger to get on board with heavy and big luggage. Most of the time, the window emergency exits are blocked with those bags. When there is no more space, they stow them in the galley. A lot of times, the flight attendant has to get up from the jump seat to avoid those bags sliding all over, among other things. Please do something.
