ZME cleared us to 2400 ft for visual. Spotted airport from overhead. Started turn to enter pattern. Re-entered clouds on crosswind, then regained visual shortly thereafter. Made visual approach to sag, no visibility report was available at this airport. Visibility may not have been 3 mi.
