Narrative:
We were on short final to runway 14 at fit. Suddenly, a C152 was right in front of our aircraft. We could not climb. We had to slip to the right to avoid. We announced on CTAF both our position and asked other aft to go around. No response. Other aircraft did a touch-and-go then departed area.
