Narrative:
Air interrupt. Climb out out of mia at 16000 ft and 300 KTS, the aircraft had several uncommanded dutch roll oscillations. Reduced speed and altitude and dutch roll stopped. Dumped fuel to minimum landing weight and returned for landing at mia. Rest of flight was normal.

Title: B727-200 CREW HAD ACFT DUTCH ROLL IN ZMA CLASS E AIRSPACE.
Narrative: AIR INTERRUPT. CLBOUT OUT OF MIA AT 16000 FT AND 300 KTS, THE ACFT HAD SEVERAL UNCOMMANDED DUTCH ROLL OSCILLATIONS. REDUCED SPD AND ALT AND DUTCH ROLL STOPPED. DUMPED FUEL TO MINIMUM LNDG WT AND RETURNED FOR LNDG AT MIA. REST OF FLT WAS NORMAL.
