Narrative:
We were issued a clearance to cross the vibes intersection at 13000 ft. During descent to 13000 ft, the captain, flight engineer, and myself were engaged in a discussion on what approach was being used at lga. I inadvertently leveled off at 15000 ft, and we crossed vibes intersection at 15000 ft. Descent was continued after question from ATC.

Narrative: WE WERE ISSUED A CLRNC TO CROSS THE VIBES INTXN AT 13000 FT. DURING DSCNT TO 13000 FT, THE CAPT, FE, AND MYSELF WERE ENGAGED IN A DISCUSSION ON WHAT APCH WAS BEING USED AT LGA.
