Narrative:
Our flight pushed at the gate in dtw and taxied to runway 3C. We were informed that the RVR was 1000 ft for runway 3C. Upon reviewing the commercial publication runway information page, we found an RVR of 1000 ft to be below takeoff minimums and we requested runway 3R. At that point, dtw ground told us they were changing runways to runway 21 and would we like runway 21C with an RVR of 1000 ft. Again we referenced the runway information page and found this to be below minimums and requested runway 21L. We also inquired and found out that the RVR was 800 ft for runway 21L. After again referencing the runway information page and opc, we elected to take off on runway 21L. The takeoff and flight to bna were uneventful. The question I submit has to do with the company NOTAMS. The dtw company NOTAMS stated that the takeoff minimums for all runways is standard, which would be an RVR of 5000 ft or 1 SM. Because this is stated as a NOTAM, does that void our ability to take off using the lower than standard takeoff minimums, as stated in the fom?

Title: B737-300 CREW QUESTIONS COMPANY PROVIDED NOTAMS DEALING WITH TKOF MINIMUMS AT DTW.
Narrative: OUR FLT PUSHED AT THE GATE IN DTW AND TAXIED TO RWY 3C. WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE RVR WAS 1000 FT FOR RWY 3C. UPON REVIEWING THE COMMERCIAL PUB RWY INFO PAGE, WE FOUND AN RVR OF 1000 FT TO BE BELOW TKOF MINIMUMS AND WE REQUESTED RWY 3R. AT THAT POINT, DTW GND TOLD US THEY WERE CHANGING RWYS TO RWY 21 AND WOULD WE LIKE RWY 21C WITH AN RVR OF 1000 FT. AGAIN WE REFED THE RWY INFO PAGE AND FOUND THIS TO BE BELOW MINIMUMS AND REQUESTED RWY 21L. WE ALSO INQUIRED AND FOUND OUT THAT THE RVR WAS 800 FT FOR RWY 21L. AFTER AGAIN REFING THE RWY INFO PAGE AND OPC, WE ELECTED TO TAKE OFF ON RWY 21L. THE TKOF AND FLT TO BNA WERE UNEVENTFUL. THE QUESTION I SUBMIT HAS TO DO WITH THE COMPANY NOTAMS. THE DTW COMPANY NOTAMS STATED THAT THE TKOF MINIMUMS FOR ALL RWYS IS STANDARD, WHICH WOULD BE AN RVR OF 5000 FT OR 1 SM. BECAUSE THIS IS STATED AS A NOTAM, DOES THAT VOID OUR ABILITY TO TAKE OFF USING THE LOWER THAN STANDARD TKOF MINIMUMS, AS STATED IN THE FOM?
