Narrative:
MEL 28-8c1 states that fuel in center tank is unusable. The dispatcher before me misread the MEL, and dispatched the flight, requiring fuel in the center tank. I accepted the flight without looking at the MEL closely. The flight took off, flew, and landed without incident.

Title: A COMMERCIAL FIXED WING ACFT WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH CTR TANK FUEL IN CONFLICT WITH THE MEL REQUIREMENT.
Narrative: MEL 28-8C1 STATES THAT FUEL IN CTR TANK IS UNUSABLE. THE DISPATCHER BEFORE ME MISREAD THE MEL, AND DISPATCHED THE FLT, REQUIRING FUEL IN THE CTR TANK. I ACCEPTED THE FLT WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE MEL CLOSELY. THE FLT TOOK OFF, FLEW, AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
