Narrative:
This is another fatigue related incident that occurs because of the total disregard of irregular cycles in building crew schedules. On the second day of this pair, we landed in ind at XA30 phx time (trips originate in phx). We left ind XP00 (phx time) and flew until XX30 (phx time) in sea. After a minimum rest overnight (10 hours), we departed at XJ20. ZSE reclred us to the reo 156 degree radial 45 DME fix to avoid military airspace. The first officer typed reo/056/45 into the FMC, which I concurred with and we entered into the flight crew plan. I saw the 056 and it seems funny, but I did ok it. In retrospect, I should have spoken up, but my brain felt locked up and I did not query the first officer or center. Center called to query our routing and reissued the clearance, which we crosschecked and entered.

Title: A320 CREW ENTERED THE WRONG INFO INTO THE FMC, RESULTING IN A COURSE DEV.
Narrative: THIS IS ANOTHER FATIGUE RELATED INCIDENT THAT OCCURS BECAUSE OF THE TOTAL DISREGARD OF IRREGULAR CYCLES IN BUILDING CREW SCHEDULES. ON THE SECOND DAY OF THIS PAIR, WE LANDED IN IND AT XA30 PHX TIME (TRIPS ORIGINATE IN PHX). WE LEFT IND XP00 (PHX TIME) AND FLEW UNTIL XX30 (PHX TIME) IN SEA. AFTER A MINIMUM REST OVERNIGHT (10 HRS), WE DEPARTED AT XJ20. ZSE RECLRED US TO THE REO 156 DEG RADIAL 45 DME FIX TO AVOID MIL AIRSPACE. THE FO TYPED REO/056/45 INTO THE FMC, WHICH I CONCURRED WITH AND WE ENTERED INTO THE FLC PLAN. I SAW THE 056 AND IT SEEMS FUNNY, BUT I DID OK IT. IN RETROSPECT, I SHOULD HAVE SPOKEN UP, BUT MY BRAIN FELT LOCKED UP AND I DID NOT QUERY THE FO OR CTR. CTR CALLED TO QUERY OUR ROUTING AND REISSUED THE CLRNC, WHICH WE XCHKED AND ENTERED.
