Narrative:

During approach segment of flight into mco, the tower told us to call operations at mco -- they wanted to talk to us. First officer called operations and we were informed that there were to be officers on the jet bridge when we arrived at the gate to arrest a passenger on our flight. Flight arrived at the gate and the officers arrested a man, the best I could tell, when he deplaned. I later called dispatch from hotel and related this event to the dispatcher. I cannot substantiate this, but a flight attendant in back said he was put on our aircraft by officers in sju and that they insured he was on board the aircraft. My question is: why was the crew not notified that there was a passenger on our flight who would be arrested on arrival in mco?
