Narrative:
Our flight was dispatched and cleared to phx from san by ATC via the border 4 departure. Ipl J18 mohak airline 2. The active runway was runway 9. Our air carrier NOTAM system generated a NOTAM stating (usd 02/041, usd 02/031, usd 02/008) in the san border 4 departure...departure route description: takeoff runway 9 not authority/authorized. I queried clearance delivery about our clearance considering the NOTAM. They stated the NOTAM was void and the clearance was legal. I called my dispatcher about the matter, who knew nothing about it and could find no one in the office who could verify the authenticity of this NOTAM. I made the decision to take off as cleared. Once again, our air carrier shows its inability and unwillingness to take the extra steps or spend extra money to operate safely, provide wrong information and schedule with fatigue issues ignored.

Narrative: OUR FLT WAS DISPATCHED AND CLRED TO PHX FROM SAN BY ATC VIA THE BORDER 4 DEP. IPL J18 MOHAK AIRLINE 2. THE ACTIVE RWY WAS RWY 9. OUR ACR NOTAM SYS GENERATED A NOTAM STATING (USD 02/041, USD 02/031, USD 02/008) IN THE SAN BORDER 4 DEP...DEP RTE DESCRIPTION: TKOF RWY 9 NOT AUTH. I QUERIED CLRNC DELIVERY ABOUT OUR CLRNC CONSIDERING THE NOTAM. THEY STATED THE NOTAM WAS VOID AND THE CLRNC WAS LEGAL. I CALLED MY DISPATCHER ABOUT THE MATTER, WHO KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT AND COULD FIND NO ONE IN THE OFFICE WHO COULD VERIFY THE AUTHENTICITY OF THIS NOTAM. I MADE THE DECISION TO TAKE OFF AS CLRED. ONCE AGAIN, OUR ACR SHOWS ITS INABILITY AND UNWILLINGNESS TO TAKE THE EXTRA STEPS OR SPEND EXTRA MONEY TO OPERATE SAFELY, PROVIDE WRONG INFO AND SCHEDULE WITH FATIGUE ISSUES IGNORED.
