Narrative:

Filed clearance was: phx.DRAKE1 direct bld J92 lmt direct eug. Clearance received: phx.DRAKE1 J92 bld as filed. First officer copies clearance: phx DRAKE1 J92 bld direct lmt direct eug. As we overflew bld, the FMS turned us direct to lmt. Lax gave us a vector towards bty (on J92 after bld) before going into a restr area. We then discussed the clearance that we were given. I think if the clearance was given as phx.DRAKE1 J92 lmt, confusion would have been avoided. Another solution would be to have company file the clearance the same as given by phx clearance delivery.
