Narrative:
While descending into lzu, center gave crossing restr to tuckr intersection. Crew understood to cross at 10000 ft MSL and acknowledged that altitude. Upon reaching approximately 10300 ft MSL, center asked altitude and stated it was 11000 ft MSL at tuckr. Center said it was his fault for not catching wrong altitude readback. There was no traffic conflict.

Title: B350 CREW DSNDED BELOW THE CTLR'S INTENDED ALT BECAUSE THE CTLR DID NOT DETECT A READBACK HEARBACK PROB.
Narrative: WHILE DSNDING INTO LZU, CTR GAVE XING RESTR TO TUCKR INTXN. CREW UNDERSTOOD TO CROSS AT 10000 FT MSL AND ACKNOWLEDGED THAT ALT. UPON REACHING APPROX 10300 FT MSL, CTR ASKED ALT AND STATED IT WAS 11000 FT MSL AT TUCKR. CTR SAID IT WAS HIS FAULT FOR NOT CATCHING WRONG ALT READBACK. THERE WAS NO TFC CONFLICT.
