Narrative:
We had jacked the plane to find the cut. It had been deferred. We found the cut and replaced the tire. We didn't make the correlation between the plane number and the tire. The plane was a 'B777 heavy' and we installed a 'B777 light' tire. Tire was replaced at XXX.

Title: A B777-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH AN INCORRECT MAIN GEAR TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY INSTALLED.
Narrative: WE HAD JACKED THE PLANE TO FIND THE CUT. IT HAD BEEN DEFERRED. WE FOUND THE CUT AND REPLACED THE TIRE. WE DIDN'T MAKE THE CORRELATION BTWN THE PLANE NUMBER AND THE TIRE. THE PLANE WAS A 'B777 HVY' AND WE INSTALLED A 'B777 LIGHT' TIRE. TIRE WAS REPLACED AT XXX.
