Narrative:
I was taking a friend to catch a flight at fll. I departed key west and requested flight following. I was given a code through key west approach. I was xferred to ZMA on 132.2 and checked in with them. They handed me off to mia approach. The frequency was very busy -- by the time I contacted 2-3 mins had passed. They said they were too busy to work me. I had to talk to someone to get into fll. I finally got fll approach and they gave me a heading and descent and informed me I was in class B airspace. At the time miami told me to avoid class B, I was already in it.
