Narrative:

In front of a B747-400. The B747-400 did not appear to be stopping so we stopped on T6. The captain giving me IOE told the tower to tell the B747-400 to stop because it looked like his wingtip was going to hit us. We were flashing our landing lights at the B747-400. I put the engines in reverse and backed up about 2-3 ft. The B747-400 wingtip cleared us by about 10 ft. The B747-400 then stopped and we could not exit the high speed. We told the tower several times that we were not clear of runway. The B747-400 then moved on and we exited. It appeared the B747-400 was on ground frequency.
