Aircraft takeoff weight given at 99800 pounds. Climb limit weight was 100000 pounds. Taxi burn fuel was 1400 pounds, fuel was 200 pounds under dispatch. 3 more passenger were added. Giving weight at takeoff of 100000 pounds, takeoff should have been computed by dispatch before takeoff was started. Dispatch never sent any messages until well into the climb.
