Narrative:
Turned air carrier X 15 degrees left climbed to FL330. Had a 5 mi halo on air carrier X. Aircraft Y was at FL330, off left side 4 mi. I had a brain lapse and thought aircraft Y was at FL350. My initial plan was to turn air carrier X and climb to FL330 when aircraft Y was at FL350, but R12 had traffic for aircraft Y, so I descended him to FL330. I failed to scan once more before issuing climb to FL330.
