Narrative:
We had new navigation data for the FMC. Although we had entered the new dates, we were told (after 2 flts) there was a problem with the identification# of the program within the FMC. Maintenance came out to the airplane after 2 flts and told me they needed to check the FMC. He looked at the FMC and said it was ok. We continued with our final leg for the day. There were no problems with the navigation aspects of the program for our flts.
