Narrative:
C152 established right downwind at pattern altitude. BE76 descended down on 45 degree entry to pattern and did not see C152 due to right engine nacelle and wing -- classic high/low wing confign occurrence. Evasive 360 degree turn to C152's left as BE760 flew past from high left to level (same altitude) flight off the previous flight path of C152. Speed difference played a factor: C152 at 85 KTS, BE76 appeared to be approximately 110-115 KTS. Pilot (myself) contacted instructor on board BE76 to discuss what happened. He stated that they never saw us and did not establish our location in pattern via radio call due to workload in BE76 cockpit (training session). C152 right seat was a CFI applicant and he stated that he heard the BE76 call inbound on 45 degrees but never made visual contact.

Narrative: C152 ESTABLISHED R DOWNWIND AT PATTERN ALT. BE76 DSNDED DOWN ON 45 DEG ENTRY TO PATTERN AND DID NOT SEE C152 DUE TO R ENG NACELLE AND WING -- CLASSIC HIGH/LOW WING CONFIGN OCCURRENCE. EVASIVE 360 DEG TURN TO C152'S L AS BE760 FLEW PAST FROM HIGH L TO LEVEL (SAME ALT) FLT OFF THE PREVIOUS FLT PATH OF C152. SPD DIFFERENCE PLAYED A FACTOR: C152 AT 85 KTS, BE76 APPEARED TO BE APPROX 110-115 KTS. PLT (MYSELF) CONTACTED INSTRUCTOR ON BOARD BE76 TO DISCUSS WHAT HAPPENED.
