Narrative:
Aircraft a cleared out of hold with descent to FL280 from FL310, initial heading leaving pattern, clear of conflicting traffic at FL290. On course clearance put aircraft in conflict. I was relieving controller and established separation with turns and descent. Supplemental information from acn 507085: as far as factors affecting the quality of human performance. I needed to use the bathroom so badly that it was all I could think about.
