Narrative:

On departure, leaving 10500 ft, cabin altitude horn sounded. Rate of climb zero. Engine bleeds were found off. Bleeds turned on and the cabin still showed no rate of climb. We descended to 8000 ft and asked for vectors to work the problem. Flight attendant then called and said a pregnant passenger was unconscious and they were supplying oxygen. Paramedics were told to meet the aircraft. A B4 landing check completed and an uneventful landing on runway 16. Passenger were seated so the paramedics could attend to ill passenger. Flight departed an hour later with the ill, pregnant passenger sitting next to a doctor.

A B4 LNDG CHK COMPLETED AND AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG ON RWY 16. PAX WERE SEATED SO THE PARAMEDICS COULD ATTEND TO ILL PAX. FLT DEPARTED AN HR LATER WITH THE ILL, PREGNANT PAX SITTING NEXT TO A DOCTOR.
