Narrative:
On taxi out to runway 16 and repositioning for my run-up checks, the right brake failed. I was on the left edge of the taxiway in order to turn 90 degrees to the runway when I realized the right brake had failed completely. I attempted to power the left engine to turn the aircraft, but it would not make the turn before leaving the north end of the taxiway. The aircraft came to rest in a ditch and collapsed the nose gear. The aircraft had a recent annual by xyz and was in very nice condition prior to the incident. We believe an o-ring failed and the brake lost pressure, thus causing the incident.
