Narrative:
On apr/xa/01, upon departing hya airport with the retraction of landing gear, the loss of the following instruments were observed: airspeed indicator, artificial horizon, altimeter and vsi. The situation is still under company investigation. A safe landing at provincetown airport was made. No accidents, no incidents, no injuries.

Narrative: ON APR/XA/01, UPON DEPARTING HYA ARPT WITH THE RETRACTION OF LNDG GEAR, THE LOSS OF THE FOLLOWING INSTS WERE OBSERVED: AIRSPD INDICATOR, ARTIFICIAL HORIZON, ALTIMETER AND VSI. THE SIT IS STILL UNDER COMPANY INVESTIGATION. A SAFE LNDG AT PROVINCETOWN ARPT WAS MADE. NO ACCIDENTS, NO INCIDENTS, NO INJURIES.
