Narrative:
On apr/xa/01, air carrier crew took off from ord with service to lga. I was flight attendant #1 working first class. I did not hear of any passenger misconduct until the end of the flight during our approach. Later, though, I did find out that the passenger was not following instructions and was very aggressive towards passenger and the flight crew. I do not have the passenger's name because I was not the flight attendant most involved, therefore, did not file a detailed report, but I was a strong witness to the passenger's behavior. The passenger was an african-american female with blond hair, approximately 5 ft 11 inches, thin frame with 3 piercings under her lower right lip, approximately 20-25 yrs old. The #4 flight attendant told her to place her carry-on bag under the seat in front of her during approach. While he asked her to do this task, he also placed his hand gently on her shoulder, leaning towards her. She yelled and screamed that she was sexually and physically harassed by the flight attendant touching her shoulder. At this point I was informed of the passenger and so was the cockpit crew because the passenger was getting very verbal. When the flight landed, she began to ring her flight attendant call light button. When another flight attendant went over, the passenger demanded the flight attendant #4 employee number and declared she would have his job. The passenger was treated very well during her wild temperament and was told by me to see the agent for any complaints she had. When all passenger deplaned, the 3 flight attendants, including me, witnessed the passenger screaming at the agent. She saw the flight attendant #4 and told him that she don't want a 'homo' touching her, etc, etc. She cursed at him and made plenty of derogatory remarks about his sexuality. When he ignored her and began to walk away, she ran after him and I interpreted her actions as if she wanted to physically assault him. At that point a lot of yelling and screaming took place because she tried to physically confront him. She was trying to initiate a serious argument. I, as well as the #4 flight attendant, began to tell her to calm down and leave the premises. This went on for a few mins until I and the other crew members tried to get away. The incident finally then came to an end. A few days alter, air carrier sent me this form to report this incident. I really don't have any specific future ideas on how to prevent incidents like this one, but only to say that flying is a privilege. A privilege, that if abused should be taken away. If a passenger's behavior becomes in any way, shape or form physical, then they do not deserve to fly. Maybe then the airline industry can prevent that person from taking their actions a step further and assaulting a crew member on a future flight.

Title: CABIN ATTENDANT RPT ON PAX MISCONDUCT THAT WAS APPARENTLY BASED UPON PAX BEING TOUCHED ON SHOULDER DURING A BAGGAGE DISCUSSION ON BOARD A FLT TO LGA, NY.
Narrative: ON APR/XA/01, ACR CREW TOOK OFF FROM ORD WITH SVC TO LGA. I WAS FLT ATTENDANT #1 WORKING FIRST CLASS. I DID NOT HEAR OF ANY PAX MISCONDUCT UNTIL THE END OF THE FLT DURING OUR APCH. LATER, THOUGH, I DID FIND OUT THAT THE PAX WAS NOT FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS AND WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS PAX AND THE FLC. I DO NOT HAVE THE PAX'S NAME BECAUSE I WAS NOT THE FLT ATTENDANT MOST INVOLVED, THEREFORE, DID NOT FILE A DETAILED RPT, BUT I WAS A STRONG WITNESS TO THE PAX'S BEHAVIOR. THE PAX WAS AN AFRICAN-AMERICAN FEMALE WITH BLOND HAIR, APPROX 5 FT 11 INCHES, THIN FRAME WITH 3 PIERCINGS UNDER HER LOWER R LIP, APPROX 20-25 YRS OLD. THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT TOLD HER TO PLACE HER CARRY-ON BAG UNDER THE SEAT IN FRONT OF HER DURING APCH. WHILE HE ASKED HER TO DO THIS TASK, HE ALSO PLACED HIS HAND GENTLY ON HER SHOULDER, LEANING TOWARDS HER. SHE YELLED AND SCREAMED THAT SHE WAS SEXUALLY AND PHYSICALLY HARASSED BY THE FLT ATTENDANT TOUCHING HER SHOULDER. AT THIS POINT I WAS INFORMED OF THE PAX AND SO WAS THE COCKPIT CREW BECAUSE THE PAX WAS GETTING VERY VERBAL. WHEN THE FLT LANDED, SHE BEGAN TO RING HER FLT ATTENDANT CALL LIGHT BUTTON. WHEN ANOTHER FLT ATTENDANT WENT OVER, THE PAX DEMANDED THE FLT ATTENDANT #4 EMPLOYEE NUMBER AND DECLARED SHE WOULD HAVE HIS JOB. THE PAX WAS TREATED VERY WELL DURING HER WILD TEMPERAMENT AND WAS TOLD BY ME TO SEE THE AGENT FOR ANY COMPLAINTS SHE HAD. WHEN ALL PAX DEPLANED, THE 3 FLT ATTENDANTS, INCLUDING ME, WITNESSED THE PAX SCREAMING AT THE AGENT. SHE SAW THE FLT ATTENDANT #4 AND TOLD HIM THAT SHE DON'T WANT A 'HOMO' TOUCHING HER, ETC, ETC. SHE CURSED AT HIM AND MADE PLENTY OF DEROGATORY REMARKS ABOUT HIS SEXUALITY. WHEN HE IGNORED HER AND BEGAN TO WALK AWAY, SHE RAN AFTER HIM AND I INTERPED HER ACTIONS AS IF SHE WANTED TO PHYSICALLY ASSAULT HIM. AT THAT POINT A LOT OF YELLING AND SCREAMING TOOK PLACE BECAUSE SHE TRIED TO PHYSICALLY CONFRONT HIM. SHE WAS TRYING TO INITIATE A SERIOUS ARGUMENT. I, AS WELL AS THE #4 FLT ATTENDANT, BEGAN TO TELL HER TO CALM DOWN AND LEAVE THE PREMISES. THIS WENT ON FOR A FEW MINS UNTIL I AND THE OTHER CREW MEMBERS TRIED TO GET AWAY. THE INCIDENT FINALLY THEN CAME TO AN END. A FEW DAYS ALTER, ACR SENT ME THIS FORM TO RPT THIS INCIDENT. I REALLY DON'T HAVE ANY SPECIFIC FUTURE IDEAS ON HOW TO PREVENT INCIDENTS LIKE THIS ONE, BUT ONLY TO SAY THAT FLYING IS A PRIVILEGE. A PRIVILEGE, THAT IF ABUSED SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY. IF A PAX'S BEHAVIOR BECOMES IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM PHYSICAL, THEN THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO FLY. MAYBE THEN THE AIRLINE INDUSTRY CAN PREVENT THAT PERSON FROM TAKING THEIR ACTIONS A STEP FURTHER AND ASSAULTING A CREW MEMBER ON A FUTURE FLT.
