Narrative:

Aircraft checked on frequency out of 9500 ft climbing to 11000 ft. Our airspace upper limit is 10000 ft. Aircraft had been issued 10000 ft by previous controller. I did not catch the climbing error. My student told aircraft to report level at 10000 ft. The aircraft again replied, 'roger report 11000 ft.' again, I missed the readback. Aircraft climbed to 11000 ft and reported level. This violated ZFW and mlu airspace. The aircraft had no mode C displayed and aircraft was in coast for much of this occurrence. We have a problem in this area with aircraft tags coasting. I coordinated with center to protect for the aircraft and then descend the aircraft back to 10000 ft.

Title: GGG INSTRUCTOR AND DEVELOPMENTAL DEP CTLR MISS INCORRECT READBACK OF CLBING C421 WHICH PENETRATES ZFW CLASS E AIRSPACE WITHOUT A HDOF.

Narrative: ACFT CHKED ON FREQ OUT OF 9500 FT CLBING TO 11000 FT. OUR AIRSPACE UPPER LIMIT IS 10000 FT. ACFT HAD BEEN ISSUED 10000 FT BY PREVIOUS CTLR. I DID NOT CATCH THE CLBING ERROR. MY STUDENT TOLD ACFT TO RPT LEVEL AT 10000 FT. THE ACFT AGAIN REPLIED, 'ROGER RPT 11000 FT.' AGAIN, I MISSED THE READBACK. ACFT CLBED TO 11000 FT AND RPTED LEVEL. THIS VIOLATED ZFW AND MLU AIRSPACE. THE ACFT HAD NO MODE C DISPLAYED AND ACFT WAS IN COAST FOR MUCH OF THIS OCCURRENCE. WE HAVE A PROB IN THIS AREA WITH ACFT TAGS COASTING. I COORDINATED WITH CTR TO PROTECT FOR THE ACFT AND THEN DSND THE ACFT BACK TO 10000 FT.
