Narrative:
Was performing/flying various aerial photos with helicopter from QQQ to RRR to city X near YYY above ZZZ air photos nne of YYY. Refueled at YYY then en route to WWW from YYY outside class C airspace. We were squawking transponder but not having to report since we were outside class C airspace. Only one time inside class C airspace (actually within class D airspace of ZZZ) with permission. We were within 4-5 NM of ZZZ with permission and doing aerial photos of some construction sites. I am writing this NASA report to notify you of harassment by ATC/FSDO in the ZZZ area. I fly helicopter at helicopter altitudes and distances. Remain clear of airspace and make all proper calls. However, the ignorance of helicopters versus airplanes is very apparent. I've been warned anonymously that either ATC or FAA FSDO is 'gunning for me!' I may fly low at times but I'm safe -- it's a helicopter, flying helicopter type missions. I'm an accident free pilot! I'm a gold seal instructor.

Narrative: WAS PERFORMING/FLYING VARIOUS AERIAL PHOTOS WITH HELI FROM QQQ TO RRR TO CITY X NEAR YYY ABOVE ZZZ AIR PHOTOS NNE OF YYY. REFUELED AT YYY THEN ENRTE TO WWW FROM YYY OUTSIDE CLASS C AIRSPACE. WE WERE SQUAWKING XPONDER BUT NOT HAVING TO RPT SINCE WE WERE OUTSIDE CLASS C AIRSPACE. ONLY ONE TIME INSIDE CLASS C AIRSPACE (ACTUALLY WITHIN CLASS D AIRSPACE OF ZZZ) WITH PERMISSION. WE WERE WITHIN 4-5 NM OF ZZZ WITH PERMISSION AND DOING AERIAL PHOTOS OF SOME CONSTRUCTION SITES.
