Narrative:

Tower issued go around at very low altitude. Instructions issued 'go around, turn left to 030 degrees.' (runway heading was 039 degrees.) (an aircraft took off on runway 4L, miss was on runway 4R.) all 4 pilots thought he said turn left to 330 degrees. No other missed approach instructions were given. Error was corrected quickly. Controller didn't know what to do with us. Published missed approach would have caused a traffic conflict. We maintained VFR.
